diagnosed cases of certain work related disease eg. carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, exposure to biological agents, asbestosis, occupational dermatitis, occupational asthma, occupational cancer
incidents that have potential to cause harm eg. collapse or equipment, explosions or fires, chemical spills and leaks, gas leaks, overflowing drains
