• The cell wall is made up of cellulose fibres which are arranged into microfibrils, these give the plant cell its strength.
• Chloroplasts contain chlorophyll which absorbs light energy to make glucose during photosynthesis.
• Vacuoles store water and waste products such as urea.
• The vacuole is filled with a fluid called cell sap. Helps give the plant its shape
