  2. Put in oil and record mass of oil

  3. Place immersion heater and thermometer into the oil

  4. Read starting temperature

  5. Wrap beaker in insulated from

  6. Connect Joulemeter & power pack to immersion heater

  7. Leave for 30 minutes

  8. Read final temperature & joules

  9. Put in formula for answer
