  • The advanced technological change left many people out of work. So unemployment forced workers to work on low salary.
  • As a result of the industrial revolution two new industrial classes emerged. These were
    • The industrial middle class (industrial bourgeoisie)
    • The proletariat (industrial working class)
  • Industrial Bourgeoisie were factory owners and wealthier groups of the society. On the other hand, the proletariat or working class were poor factory workers.
