      Individuals who are directly involved in the use, analysis, evaluation, and production of media and information. They are the source and means of information.

      Emergence of social news networks or described as "news bank". Use of social media to make the content available to more people.

      The practice of obtaining needed services, ideas, or content by soliciting contributions from large group of people (online community). Example: Tripadvisor, Waze, Wikipedia (collective mobilization)
