    • refers to the BODY which we use to interface (interact) with everything around us

  • In a scientific sense, we need our body to feel and experience. Basically, the body acts as a stimulus and sends signals to our brain which interprets pain, emotions that determines action.
    The division responsible for our feelings of distress and relaxation is the Autonomic Division of PNS. It is divided into two:
    • Sympathetic: Arousal (Heightens) and Excitement
    • Parasympathetic: Relaxation
