  • In qualitative research, we apply a naturalistic approach, observing and detailing real life events in their natural settings. This is non-experimental, where we simply state our observations or give details of what really happened in their natural settings.

    Seeks to find answer as to why a certain thing occurs to the subject or individual
  • Ethnography
    Involves the study of a group to understand its organization setup, internal operation and lifestyle

    Seeks or refers to the study of how people find their experiences meaningful

    Focuses on the substance of the mode of communication that people use

    Examines primary documents to find the connection of past events to the present/future time
