• Dry Martini

  Ingredients:

  30ml Gin

  Drops Dry Vermouth Procedure: STIR

  Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a cocktail/martini glass. Garnish with green olives in the drinks. Glass: Cocktail Glass/Martini Glass Garnish: Green Olives in the drink
• Gimlet

  Ingredients:

  30ml Gin

  15ml Lime Juice

  Procedure: BUILD

  Build all ingredients into an old-fashioned glass with ice.

  Glass: Old Fashioned Glass

  Garnish: slice lime in the drink

  Note: when ordered straight up, stir and strain into a cocktail glass, no ice.

  Ingredients:

  30ml Gin

  Fill Tonic Water

  Lime Wedge

  Procedure: BUILD

  Pour ingredients into a Highball glass with ice.

  Fill with tonic water

  Glass: Highball Glass

  Garnish: Garnish with squeezed lime wedge in the drink.

  Ingredients:

  45ml Gin

  45ml Sweet Vermouth

  5ml Fernet Branca

  Procedure: STIRRED

  Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice and strain into a

  cocktail/martini glass. Garnish orange peel.

  2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

  Procedure: STIRRED

  Ingredients:

  50ml Gin

  30ml Orange Juice

  2 Drops Absinthe

  2 Drops Grenadine

  Procedure: SHAKE

  Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a large

  cocktail glass.

• Orange Blossom

  Ingredients:

  30ml Gin

  60ml Orange Juice

  dash Triple Sec

  Procedure: SHAKE

  Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake briskly and strain into a

  cocktail/martini glass.

  Glass: Cocktail glass/Martini glass

  Garnish: Garnish with a slice of orange and Red Cherry on the rim.

  15ml Apricot Brandy

  30ml Bourbon

  15ml Sweet Vermouth

  Procedure: SHAKE

  Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  Shake briskly for few seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

  Ingredients:

  30ml Old Tom Gin

  30ml Dry Vermouth

  ½ Barspoon Maraschino Liqueur

  ¼ Barspoon Absinthe

  3 Dashes Orange Bitters

  Procedure: STIR

  Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish

  with cherry and lemon twist in the drink.
