  • Cyberspace- a public space with the illusion of being private, impermanent, and freely available for personal use
  • Monitoring- is observing and checking how and why the media and information practitioners are able to do their work
  • quality of life- refers to one’s capacity to achieve personal, professional, and socioeconomic growth
