If the subject is singular, the verb should be singular too.
Singular verb, General Rule: Add s or es.
If the subject is plural, the verb should be plural too.
Indefinite pronoun such as each, everyone, anybody, everybody, somebody, someone, nobody, and no one are singular. They require a singular verb.
When the phrase comes between the subject and the verb (ex. together with, as well as, along with) the verb agrees with the subject, not the phrase that follows the subject.
When two or more singular subjects are connected by "or" or "nor", the verb should be singular.
When a compound subject contains both singular or plural noun connected by "or" or "nor", the verb should agree with the part closes.
