      An employee is assigned to a more senior member of staff who is familiar with the details of the job and can provide help towards personal development and achievement of targets.
    • Regular Checks/Meetings with Line Manager
      Allows the employee to discuss and review progress against targets with their line manager.
    • Random or Sample Checks
      Some tasks carried out by the employee are checked by the line manager or supervisor.
    • Appraisals
      Longer term targets can be discussed and reviewed through appraisal meetings where the employee's performance against targets can be checked
