  This is the person that plans, co-ordinates activities, makes decisions, delegates and pulls everything together.

  This is the person who monitors and evaluates the work of the team and ensures that all tasks have been carried out correctly.
• Finisher


  This is the person who keeps an eye on deadlines and ensures all tasks are completed on time.
• Team Player


  This is the person who cares about others in the team. They listen to others and try to minimise conflict between team members.
