    Intelligence could be measured and numerically valued. Spearman believed that there were 3 qualitative principles of cognition :
    Apprehension of experience ( ability to perceive and understand what is experienced ).
    Education of relations ( ability to perceive the lawyer and client , doctor …. patient ). y
    Education of correlates ( ability to apply a rule inferred from one case to a similar case).
