  • Gateway Drugs- cigarettes and alcohol are legal that a non-drug user might try, which can lead him/her dangerous drugs such as marijuana and shabu
  • SMOKING - It i a process in which a substance is burned, and the resulting smoke is breathed in to be tasted and absorbed into the bloodstream.
  • SMOKING - Most commonly, the substance is the dried leaves of the Tobacco plant which have been roled into a small square of rice paper to create a small, round cylinder called cigarette.

  • Ethanol - is called the beverage alcohol. This is what human consume that intoxicates and alter the nervous system.

  • Resistance skills -vare skills that help a person say “NO” to an action or to leave a dangerous situation. It is very important to sue resistance skills when someone pressures you to use cigarette and alcohol.
