  • News Reports - Information from various sources about what is happening in the world, found in newspapers, television, or radio, aimed at informing readers.

  • Speeches - Formal address or discourse delivered to an audience

  • Informative Talks - Educate the audience on a particular topic, help the audience understand a subject better and remember what they learned

  • Panel Discussion - Live or virtual discussion about a specific topic amongst a selected group of panelists who share differing perspectives in front of a large audience

  • News report - Package of information about news events happening around the world, can be shared through various media platforms, found in newspapers, purpose is to inform readers of what is happening around them

  • Byline - It is the name of a person who wrote the report.

  • Placeline - It is where the report was written.

  • Lead - It informs the reader of the most important aspect of the story.

  • Body - It gives more details and provides more information about the why and how of the story.

  • Information - Facts provided or learned about something or someone.

  • Speech/Informative Speech- Speech It is how people generate meaning through the use of verbal and nonverbal symbols or language.

  • Memorized Speech - A speech that the speaker has mastered in his mind and hearts. The speaker is normally in total control of the wording because he/she had planned it.

  • Extemporaneous Speech - A type of speech delivery that involves the preparation of speaker notes before delivery, associated with the conversational style of delivery.

  • Impromptu Speech - A speech intended to be done without any preparation at all.

  • Description of Object - Includes anything tangible in form.

  • Explanation of Process - A systematic series of action that leads to a specific result or product.

  • Events - Anything that happens.

  • Concepts or Definition - A belief, theory, ideas, and principles.

  • Persuasive Speech - Usually challenges an audience's beliefs and or tries to move those in attendance to change existing viewpoints or at least recognize the validity of opposing viewpoints.

  • Demonstrative Speech - A speech that teaches an audience how to do something.
  • Argumentative Speech - It is a persuasive speech which the speaker attempts to persuade his audience to alter their viewpoints on a controversial issue.
  • Informative Speech - A speech that intends to educate the audience about the given topic.
  • Panel Discussion - A public exchange of ideas, giving experts and audience members the chance to discuss a particular topic.
  • Panel Discussion - It involves a group of people gathered to discuss a topic in front of an audience, typically at scientific, business, or academic conference, fun conventions, and on television shows.
  • Panelists - It discuss the issue or topic with each other by asking questions or reacting to the views and opinions of other panel members.
  • Leader, Moderator, Chairman - He/She opens and closes the discussion and provides a summary of panel presentations and discussions.
