Racket
Made up of either metal or synthetic materials, weighing between 98g and 100g, with an overall length between 665mm and 670mm
Shuttlecock
Made up of 16 goose feathers embedded into a cork, which could be substituted with feather-like nylon or plastic
Badminton Court
May be set outdoors or indoors, but competitive badminton usually played indoors so the wind will not affect the flight of the shuttlecock
The standard badminton court is 6m wide to hold a doubles game
The single court is at least 5m wide
The length should be at least 13.4 m (44ft)
Posts and Net
The posts should stand on the doubles sidelines are 1.55m in height
The net should be strained tightly with a height 1.54 m from the floor in the center and a width of 0.76 m
Forehand Grip
With your racket head perpendicular to the floor, do a shake-hands grip so that a "V" is formed by your thumb and forefinger. Your thumb and forefinger should be on the top of the handle. This grip is used to hit shots that are on the forehand side of your body and around the head shots.
Backhand Grip
Using a forehand grip, rotate the hand slightly so the thumb is along and parallel to the wide side of the of the racket. This grip is used to hit shots that are on the backhand side of your body.

Backswing
Move your one foot into the side position, same with the other foot, rotate your hips and waist backward and the elbow facing downward

Racket should be placed in front of the body with feet and shoulder wide apart and square on the table, bend your knees slightly forward
Forehand Drive Backswing
The movement of the racket should be coming from the waist while the wrist should slant backward and rotate behind your waist and hips
