  • Recruitment & Interview

  • Exit Interview
    ● provides information as to why employee & leaving
    ● policy should require supervisors to conduct exit interviews and employees to sign written statement of reason for leaving

    ● policy establishes regulations for reimbursement of certain expenses such as travel, room, meats, etc.

    ● policy should provide assurance that equipment are properly calibrated & meets optimum operational standards
    ● policy on preventive maintenance should state who will do it & at what intervals as well as what equipment will be cleaned

    ● Explains how to buy non-inventoried supplies used in dep. ○ Most common method: use of PURCHASE REQUISITIONS & PURCHASE ORDERS

    ● provides method of obtaining materials necessary for day to day operation
  • Equipment Maintenance
    ● states procedures for maintaining equipment in clean, sanitary & working condition
