  • Why should be aware of yourself?
    Self-awareness is the first step in creating what you want and mastering your life. Where you focus your attention, your emotions, reactions, personality and behavior determine where you go in life.

    • Open Self: Information about you that both you & others know
    • Hidden Self: Information about you that you know but others don't know
    • Blind Self: Information about you that you don't know but others do know
    • Unknown Self: Information about you that neither you nor others know

  • The Johari window is a technique that helps people better understand
    their relationship with themselves and others. It was created by psychologists Joseph Luft (1916-2014) and Harrington Ingham (1916-1995) in 1955.
  • Johari Window:
    • Open self - Information about you that both you & others know.
    • Blind Self - Information about you that you don't know but others do know.
    • Hidden Self.- Information about you that you know but others don't know.
    • Unkown Self - Information about you that neither you nor others know.
    • God-centered - It means having a meaningful belief and relationship with God where life's work flows from Him towards goodness to self, community, and broader society.
  • Excellence with Integrity - It means going beyond what is expected in adherence to ethical standards and principles.
  • Inclusion - It means appreciating one's worth and engaging with practices that promote acceptance, accommodation, empowerment, and reaching out to others.
  • Creative and Innovative - It is having the freedom to express oneself through extraordinary work that aims to provide meaningful solutions to social problems
    • Socially Responsible - It refers to the continuing development of one's social consciousness in engaging with the community and addressing broader social issues.
