Wages were a factor in standard of living. For people who worked jobs in like the RAD had a decrease in standard of living because their wages didn't raise as much. However, people who worked in the rearmament project had higher wages. Higher wages led to increase in the food prices. And people who worked in the RAD couldn't keep up with the prices.
Furthermore, people who were Jews and disabled lost jobs so decrease in standard of living.
