  • Safety Procedure Hand tools are used every day in many forms of jobs. They make work simpler, easier and more productive. However, many students also fail to see the hazards that these tools can pose. This lesson will teach you how injuries can be considerably minimized. It will also discuss the different dangers associated with particular types of tools.
  • Personal safety Whenever you perform a workshop task, you must use personal protective clothing and equipment (PPE) that is suitable to the task and that complies with your local safety regulations and policies.
