• Once you have decided on the first set of goals, continue the process by reviewing and updating your to-do list on a daily or weekly basis
• When you have achieved a goal, take the time to enjoy the satisfaction of having done so. Absorb the implications of what you have achieved and observe the progress that you have made toward other goals
