investigating the effect of antiseptics/antibiotics

• 1. prepare a plate of agar with a culture of bacteria
• 2) divide the plate into 3 sections
• 3) put different antiseptics/biotics on paper discs and place in each section
• 4) incubate the plate at 25°C for 48 hours
• 4) measure the area of clear zone
