  • Type 1 Diabetes: The pancreas stops producing insulin. Treatment: Injecting insulin in thigh/abodmen.
  • When we excersize our muscles absorb more glucose from the blood.
  • Type 2 Diabetes: from unhealthy diets over a long time. Body becomes resistant to Insulin and doesnt respond. Cells dont take insulin. Treatment: Low sugar diet and excersize.
