  • Negative experiences can cause low self-esteem, which can affect a person's level of self-confidence
  • Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, to attain self-esteem and self-actualization, we must first satisfy other needs such as physiological, safety, etc.

    • Is generally optimistic and can accept compliments from others

    1. Talk positively to yourself
    2. Think and congratulate yourself on your achievements
    3. Look at what you have made or accomplished so far
    4. Set a measurable and attainable goal
    5. Get a hobby, listen to good music, and keep yourself busy
    6. Be with people who influence you positively and make you feel good
    7. Put beautiful pictures around you, especially those that give you good vibes
