• SOCIAL DANCE - A dance for socializing with other people like community dance.
• FOLK DANCE- A dance that portrays the nature and culture of a community or activities of a certain group of people.
• CEREMONIAL OR RELIGIOUS DANCE - A dance performed for religious ceremonies.
• OCCUPATIONAL DANCE - Advance that shows work and labor.
• COURTSHIP DANCE - Advance of showing an interest to the opposite sex.
• WAR DANCE - A dance for battle and war engagement
• INTERPRETATIVE OR CREATIVE DANCE - A movement interpreting or symbolizing something
• FOLK DANCE - is a form of dance develop by a group of people that reflects the traditional life of the people of a certain country or region or community.
• BINISLAKAN- Is a dance from Lingayen,Pangasinan. Literally means to look backwards and upward which was derived from Chinese " Li-King-Tung "
