  • Loyal customers: regular clients who purchase the same brand from the same retailer or company, make repeated purchases from the same retailer, and promote the products to other people with their words of mouth. (Ex. Someone who likes shoes they only buy from 1 brand because they believe that brand is the best and are satisfied with the product that the brand is offering) Brands need loyal customers because they are assured that they will keep on coming back to their store and promote their store to others = more customers and more profit. Entrepreneurs should win loyal customers by
    1. Provide perks: like freebies, reward points, loyalty points = this makes them win their loyalty. (Ex. youre selling beverages and u have a loyalty card and with the five purchases u have to pay but on the sixth purchase u can have like a free drink.)
    1. .Constant communication: by sending emails n text messages and even calling them just to update them of the new arrivals, products, and promotions, customers will feel important bc of this 3. Prioritizing them: when we r updated we feel important and we are able to build that loyalty in the business  
    1. Discount customer: clients who purchase frequently but their buying interest depends on the markdown price that the company offers. They buy like when it's on sale or like it's on a discount, the bigger the markdown the better for this customer, always on the lookout for products on sale. Ex. 12.12 
    1. Impulsive customer: clients who purchase products which they find attractive at the moment. They dont think clearly about the need or the want, they buy any product at an instant, they are easily persuaded by sellers, sometimes they dont even need to be persuaded bc they like how attractive the product looks 
    1. Wandering customer: clients who purchase products/services based on the sense of experience or community that is available at the moment. Wander: to walk around leisurely (Ex. ure just chillin out w no plan to buy anything and then u see a store thats attractive so then u decide to buy bc of the things they sell) entrepreneurs should take notice that their store should be attractive to any customer to persuade them to enter their business and buy from them
    1. Need based customer: practical buyers, purchase particular items only for a definite purpose, they know what they want n need, they only come out when they need something, they usually have a list on what to buy, hard to please and difficult to persuade but they can turn into loyal customers once satisfied 
  • Persuasion and networking: capacity or ability of entrepreneurs to convince people: public relations ability, you are able to convince people your business is the best, entrepreneurs ability to bind and merge their business with other companies for business firms, you will work together as 1 so you can earn profit
    1. Self confidence: summarizes every competency bc if u dont have self confidence then that is nothing, you need to have faith in urself 
    1. Information seeker: person who continuously seeks pertinent details about market, sumpliers, competitors, and trends. You will never stop knowing the trends in the market, what the consumer needs, never stop learning from what your competitors are opening

  • Goal setter: achievement oriented person, yk how to set specific goals or targets for your business, goals are important bc they provide us directions, hence to be successful we have to set smart goals, S - Specific (what u want to achieve) M - Measurable ( you can assess your goal) A - Attainable (is it possible to attain) R - Relevant (is this important to people) T - Time bound (set your time frank)
