  The game of Sepak Takraw is played between two teams that are known as Regu. There are 2 types of Speak Takraw events. The Regu and Double Regu.
• Regu has three players in each team while Doubles Regu both teams have 2 players.
• Sepak Takraw has 3 positions. The server, striker, and feeder.
• 1)      Server/Tekong

   

  ·         Its main purpose of Tekong’s role is to serve the ball.

   
• 1)      Striker

   

  ·         Is also known as the killer.  The Striker is the main person to execute the volleys into opponent side with high speed.
• 1)      Feeder

   

  ·         The feeder is the one who has the maximum control over the ball during the match. The main job of the feeder is to set the ball in a suitable way for the striker to kick hard such that it passes through the net.

   
• Usually, the Server stands in the Back whereas the Striker and the Feeder takes the front left and right side.
• The main objective of the game is to kick the ball to the other side of the net but within the boundary of the opponent’s team.
• An official Regu and Doubles Regu match usually comprises of three sets of game with each set having 21 points.

  The winner is declared by the best of three sets. Once a set is over, the teams change their side and the team which lost the previous set serves first
