  1. Flame loop, cool
  2. Pick an isolated colony, streak in 1st quadrant
  3. Flame loop, cool
  4. Streak into next quadrant
  5. Flame loop, cool
  6. Streak into 3rd quadrant
  7. Flame loop, cool
  8. Streak into last quadrant
  9. Incubate plate
