Ethical Concepts

• There are 5 Ethical Concepts; Beneficence, Non-Maleficence, Respect, Justice and Integrity
• Beneficence - Max Benefits and Min Risks
• Non-Maleficence - harm cannot be disproportionate to benefits
• Respect - due regard to welfare, liberty, autonomy etc. of both individual and collective
• Justice - fair consideration, and no unfair burden on particular group
• Integrity - a commitment to searching and conducting research of knowledge and understanding
