Medical related components- integumentary, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular/lymphatic, respiratory, neurologic, endocrine, digestive/excretory/urinary, immune, and reproductive
Overload is the gradual increase of stress placed on the body
Intensity can be determined by
Age predicted max heart rate
Heart Rate Reserve (Karvonen formula)
Workloads, METs, RPE, talk test, Systolic Blood Pressure, Interval training
