• Cause: Not enough people to protect the borders so invasions are more likely to be successful
• Cause: High use of contraceptions (less unplanned births=low birth rate)
• Cause: Worker shortage (not reaching optimum productivity)
• Solution: Increase retirement age & tax so that more people work & the government will have more money
• Solution: Give benefits and money to people who have more kids
• Solution: Relaxed visa rules to attract immigrants
