  • Quartile are the source points which divide the data or distinguish into four equal parts.
  • Lower Quartile is 25% of the data
  • Median is 50% of the data
  • Upper Quartile is 75% of the data
  • Interquartile Range is teh difference between the Upper Quartile ang the lower Quartile.
  • Range is the differences between the highest and the lowest value.
  • Median is the middle number after the data elements are arranged in descending or ascending order.
  • Linear Interpolation is used when the computed value of the position is a decimal or non-intergral.
  • Quartiles measures of positions that divide the distribution into four, ten and hundred equal parts.
  • Deciles is the nine score points which divide a distribution into ten equal parts.
  • Percentiles is the ninety-nine score points which divide a distribution into one hundred equal parts.
