a suitable indicator for a titration is one which
changes colour in the part of the pH against volume graph that is a vertical straight line
method to obtain data to plot a graph of pH against volume:
place a
fixed volume of acid/base in a beaker
add base/acid in small portions from a burette
stir
and use a
pH meter to record pH after each addition of acid
a burette is more suitable for
measuring the volume of the solution that is being added than a pipette
because a
burette can deliver variable volumes
