Economic migrant: A person who leaves their country of origin purely for economic reasons that are not in any way related to the refugee definition, in order to seek material improvements in their livelihood.
Internal migrant: Person who moves to live and work in a different place within the same country
Reasons for migration:

• Escape conflict & terrorism
• Escape nat disasters
• Find a job & provide for family
Push factors: Reasons why people leave their home countries, e.g. poverty, war, famine, persecution.
Pull factors: Reasons why people move to another country, e.g. better job opportunities, higher wages, better living conditions.
Forced Migrants: People forced to leave their home due to war, persecution, violence or human rightsviolations.
Asylum Seekers: Refugees waiting for permission to stay in a new country.
