    • During CLC lessons, teachers can educate kids on respecting and valuing others’ opinions, and refrain from cyberbullying or harassing others online through presenting a deck of slides and showing a few videos on doing so.

    • Schools can invite vendors to come and give performances to kids like a play as they would be interested in watching the play. They would apply ways of using social media more responsibly which they have just learnt after watching the play and during CLC lessons

    • This would address the root cause of people using social media irresponsibly instead of rules and regulations which do not address the problem which is that people are unaware of proper digital etiquette, causing them to behave irresponsibly online.

    • Aren’t kids way too young to be exposed to social media?
    • Even if they are too young for social media, it is crucial to start teaching them proper digital etiquette early on.
    • Cultivating strong relationship skills based on kindness and empathy will help them protect themselves and others, both online and offline.
    •  By nurturing the skill of being digitally literate from a young age will help them in the future as when they grow up, they will continue to maintain proper digital etiquette online and understand to use social media responsibly from then on.
