  • block- this move is made by a player at the net to prevent the ball from coming over when an opposing player send the ball over the net
  • floor defense- means defending the ball and it requires players to dig or dive to keep the ball alive or to keep it from hitting their court and turn their defense into offense
  • dig- a dig is when a ball heads towards the floor after an attack, and the player has to jump to catch it
  • dribbling- this skill will allow you to move up and down the court, maneuver past defenders, and execute plays
  • shooting- keep your eyes on the target and do not follow the target before the game starts
  • running- when you have the ball this helps you to avoid defenders and get to the basket quicker
  • passing- is another skill that when mastered can help you because a complete basketball player
  • jumping- another skill that can define how good a basketball player is
  • table tennis- a game played on a table by two or four players who use paddles or rackets
  • table- known as the playing surface
  • net assembly= consists of the net its suspension and the supporting posts
  • health consumer- a person who buys health products and avails of health services
  • consumer health- a condition enjoyed by the people who buy products and services that is considered safe
  • health information- any information or advice that comes from various sources like people you know, advertisements, web sources, and product packaging
