• 1 - Gobos with squares, spotlights, 100% intensity on YW, Mr J = red wash
• 2 - White wash, footlights to create shadows leaned together - connected by their oppression in society, windows to show external sounds, red gel/LED on 'I'll kill you', square barn doors to prison her in
• 3 - Footlights make Mr J giant, dark blue wash to match colour of his suit, YW's panic = red wash, barn doors narrow spotlight during the countdown and it gets more intense each number
• 4 - Gobos with lines like prison bars, various angles - disarray, on the floor then onto her bed, mention of God = yellow footlights
• 5 - Barely lit but orange lamps on tables, two fingers motion made large by footlights to show dominance, low intensity bars on boy and woman
• 6 - NATURALISTIC - Low intensity white light from moon through window, 'heaven' = yellow and pink low intensity lights - pastel gels
• 7 - Big spotlight on husband, small on YW, red wash, gobo bars on YW, plunged into darkness on 'all free', frantically spinning colourful gobo circles as YW thinks of freedom
• 8 - YW flashing 100% intensity spotlight, only comes on when she speaks, red wash on 'signed by one Richard Roe', backlight on YW when she falls to the ground - powerless
• 9 - 'Oh Lord' yellow wash for religion theme, orange glow around YW using red gel - sinner, gobo bars in disarray again, small barn door squares, backlights flash high intensity white light in time with heartbeat SFX
