Submission Time of Advance Cargo Manifest
1. Sea Freight Carrier: At least 24hoursbefore the arrival of the carrier
2. Air Freight Carrier: At least 1hourbefore the arrival of the aircraft if the origin is in ASIA and at least 4 hours before the arrival of the aircraft if the origin is OTHER THAN ASIA
Monitoring of CargoTargetingSystem
The DeputyCommissioner, IntelligenceGroup shall monitor the compliance of this order by the shipping lines, airlines, and forwarders
