      • henry invites them and they agree on 2 treaties
      • treaty of windsor = secure better trade with intercursus malus; suffolk handed to england and henry supporting phillip
      • phillip gave suffolk but he dies
      • intercurus malus is not allowed under maximillian
      • treaty of cambrai 1508 = spain, HRE and france = henry isolated
