Chapter 1

• 6 sets Set/s of plumbing plans, drawings, diagrams and other documents to be submitted for the application of permit.
• 1 set Set/s of approved plans, specifications and data to be retained by the Administrative Authority
• 2 sets Set/s of approved plans, specifications and data to be returned to the applicant.
• 2 sets Set/s of approved plans, specifications and data to be returned to the Owner.
• 1 set Set/s of approved plans, specifications and data to be kept at the job site at all times while the work is in progress.
• 1 year Expiration of plumbing permit if the work is not commenced from the date of issuance.
• 120 days Expiration of plumbing permit if the work has been suspended or abandoned.
• 50% Percentage of the original fee to be paid for the renewal of permit.
• 72 hours Request for inspection for the replacement of an existing equipment shall be filed not more than after such replacement work is completed
• 3 working days Request for inspection shall be filed with the Administrative Authority at least

  before such inspection is intended.
