what is genesis?

God, the father, through the word of the son and the power of the holy spirit hovering over the waters: created the world.

what is original sin?
the belief that humans have a built in urge to disobey god.
who caused original sin in all of humanity ?
Adam and eve.
what is “the fall”?
Adam and eve ate from the tree of good and evil despite god saying not to. they were tempted by the serpent (the devil) and this resulted in them being banished from the garden of eden.
what does “the fall” mean for humanity?
mankind feels shame, they commit sin and work hard to get things.
