    1. Download the Kobo collector tool from the Google play store to your phone
    2. Go to general setting
    3. Select the server in the general setting and fill the URL, user name and password and exit
    4. Choose get blank form and select new forms
    5. Choose fill blank form to use the forms for data collection and save the data collected
    6. Go to send finalized form and connect to internet to send the data
    7. The data sent will go to view sent form
