  • Human diets vary according to their culture, religion, health choices or for personal reasons
  • Vegetarian- no meats, fish, or poultry, but may eat eggs, dairy products, and other plant foods
  • Vegan- a strict vegan diet where only plant good and products are eaten
  • Halaal- diet followed by people of Islamic Faith, pork, shellfish and alcohol are prohibited
  • Kosher- diet followed by people of Jewish Faith, pork, shellfish, rabbit are prohibited. Meat and dairy products must be prepared and eaten separately
