• In Field Experiments, the independent variable is still manipulated

  Due to being in a natural setting, normal behaviour can be recorded, and can be applied to a wider population, due to high mundane realism
• (+) A03: No Demand Characteristics

  Due to the natural setting, participants may be unaware of the experiment, so can't figure out the aim and show demand characteristics
• (-) A03: Lacks Control

  Can't control possible extraneous variables, influencing measurement of dependent variable
