• BAP= log (base) answer = power
• log(x) x = 1
• ADDITION- adding logs to the same base means we combine and multiply
• SUCTRACTION- taking away logs to the same base means we combine and divide
• f(x) = e ^x has an inverse f-1(x) = log(e)x
• e^ (lnx) = x

• -f(x) = flips graph upside down

  f(x) = flips graph horizontally

  f-1(x) = inverse

  +1 = moves graph up
