  • omnipotent - all powerful, god is the creator and has power over life and death. god of classical theism in christianity

  • judgement - end of time god will judge us all for our actions/deeds, different denominations have different beliefs about what will happen
  • monotheism - belief in one god, not multiple gods or multiple gods with different names, some christian’s may see the trinity as against monotheism as it splits god into three
  • transcendent - god is beyond human understanding, beyond human comprehension, beyond human experience, god is outside of time and space
  • immanent - God is present in the world and is involved in human affairs.
  • benevolent - having or showing a kind and friendly disposition; generous; charitable; loving
  • miracle - a supernatural event that is believed to be caused by God and wouldn’t be able to happen otherwise, such as the resurrection of Jesus
  • holiness - the quality of being holy, godly, or sacred; the state of being holy, above and beyond
  • purity - the quality of being free from sin, especially of being free from adulteration, cleanliness in faith
  • matthew 25 - the parable of the sheep and the goat (god will separate)
  • m25 : then the righteous will answer him, Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?
  • m25 : the king will reply, Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.
