  • Why Christians support rights?
    Agree with the right to religious freedom
    Everyone is made in God's image and should be treated with respect.
    Think that having rights is a was of "love thy neighbour as you love yourself"

    Believe everyone should be treated with respect.

    All other religions are untrue (exclusivism), Christianity is completly true but other religions have element of truth in them (inclusivism), all religions are a valid path to God (pluralism)

    Jesus taught that Christians have a duty to try and convert people
    No point as all religions are valid paths to God
    non-Christians will go to Hell so this is essential

    Good for different denominations to work together, might be able to learn from each other, against becuase they think the other church/denomination is wrong

    good thing as it creates tolerance in society, pluralists (believe all religions are true) so it is right to develop relationships with other faiths, disagree as they think all other faiths are wrong
