Social Responsibility

• This theme is represented in the play because many of the characters show no social responsibility as they are so wrapped up in their own lives and their own social status
• Inspector goole is the only character that seems to have a sense of social responsibility at the start of the play as he tries to help the other chatacters see how they need to do more than they are doing for society to be better people and more responsible
• Towards the end of the play Sheila shows great improvement in her understanding of social responsibility as she wants to be a better person in the future as she doesnt want something similar to happen to anyone else
