A person under the age of 18 years who is vulnerable and at risk of committing criminal offenses due to personal, family, and/or social conditions

When parents or caregivers do not give due protection to the child

The use of children by gaining profit, including sexual exploitation and economic exploitation
Abandonment
A person below 18 years old that has not received any care for at least three consecutive months
Neglect
A person below 18 years old that has not receive the basic needs for three consecutive months
Out-of-School Youth
Children aged 6 to 24 years old who are not in school, often due to lack of financial capacity
Street Child
Children "on the street" who earn their living through begging or selling products and return home at night, and children "of the street" who live on the street with other children and/or homeless adults
Living in Conflict Zones
Persons below 18 years of age who are involved and affected by armed conflict, including those who are internally displaced
