• A Valediction Forbidding Mourning: iambic tetrametre, regular rhyme scheme
• The Canonization: iambic pentameter followed by iambic tetrameter, regular rhyme scheme, love, regularity in rhyme and meter achieve in final stanza
• To His Mistress Going To Bed: One long stanza, iambic pentameter, rhyming couplets
• The Flea: Three stanzas, iambic tetrameter followed by iambic pentameter, three rhyming couplets then a rhyming triplet
• Woman's Constancy: appears to be a sonnet, begins with rhyming couplets then falls apart then is reinstalled
